Todd Billings is a devoted husband, father, and visionary financial leader who has dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, and communities build wealth, create opportunity, and achieve financial independence. As Chief Executive Officer and President of USDV Capital, a Miami-based FinTech real estate investment company, Todd is leading the mission to democratize access to institutional-quality investment opportunities and make sophisticated wealth-building strategies available to a broader audience.

A Wall Street veteran and capital markets strategist with more than 30 years of experience in finance and over 15 years specializing in real estate, Todd has overseen the investment, development, or asset management of more than $1.3 billion in real estate and mortgage assets. Through USDV Capital, he has successfully created and managed multiple investment vehicles and facilitated the acquisition and origination of more than 10,000 residential and commercial mortgages.

Prior to founding USDV Capital, Todd built an accomplished career with some of the nation’s most respected financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber (UBS), and Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust). He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Veriloquent Wealth Advisors, where he managed the complex financial affairs of ultra-high-net-worth families and advised clients on investment management, philanthropy, and wealth preservation strategies.
