Sharon Baker-Boykin

Attorney Sharon Baker-Boykin is a seasoned legal professional, respected speaker, and dedicated servant leader with more than forty (40) years of experience as a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia. Known for her passion for helping individuals and families get their affairs in order, she is also a Legal Life Coach, licensed Life Insurance Agent and Broker, accomplished author of more than thirteen books, and an inspirational speaker committed to empowering others through faith, wisdom, and practical guidance.

Throughout her distinguished legal career, Attorney Baker-Boykin has served in a variety of impactful roles including private practice attorney, Special Assistant Attorney General, Pro Hac Vice Magistrate Court Judge, Assistant District Attorney, and Probate Court Administrator. Her extensive public service experience also includes leadership positions within Georgia state and county government, where she served as Unemployment Insurance Tax Chief and Disability Adjudication Services Director at the Georgia Department of Labor, as well as Special Projects Manager for DeKalb County Government under CEO Michael Thurmond.

Currently, Attorney Baker-Boykin serves with Legacy Law Firm Atlanta, helping individuals and families organize and protect their estate affairs. In addition, she continues her work in the life insurance and retirement planning industry as a licensed agent and broker, helping people secure their financial futures and create lasting legacies.

Deeply rooted in faith and family, Sharon is an active member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and is married to Raymond Boykin. Together, they share a blended family that includes five children and ten grandchildren. Her commitment to service extends beyond her profession through her business, Power of 1 Decision, LLC, where she provides legal life coaching and guidance designed to help individuals make informed decisions and prepare for the future with confidence and clarity.
