About LeRoy Jones
LeRoy E. Jones, Founder & CEO, The Onyx Table
LeRoy Jones (Lee) is the CEO of The Onyx Table ™, a peer advisory and impact-amplification community for C-Suite executives, non-profit leaders, founders, and business owners. The Onyx Table delivers professional coaching and curated peer circles to advance and grow, promote and celebrate senior-executive achievement. Lee is also the co-founder and CEO of ereflow (pronounced “airflow”), a business acceleration firm that drives clients toward aggressive growth through unique programs tailored to the business’ stage of life. ereflow’s offerings are cross-industry, with particular emphasis on strategy, technology-product management, applied artificial intelligence, financial management and sales strategies. ereflow experts deliver value through consulting engagements and fractional/interim C-Suite executive (CFO, CTO, CRO, COO, CEO) services.
Prior to founding ereflow, Lee founded and operated GSI Health, a software-as-a-service company servicing the healthcare industry in population-health management, interoperability and digital health. As CEO, he drove innovation in healthcare IT toward creating a world in which data-driven technology optimizes care delivery and ultimately makes patients healthier. Lee has led the development of national architectures and operational models for healthcare information exchange, and has been foundational to many federal programs and industry initiatives that establish standards and shape the future of healthcare IT. Under his leadership, GSI Health pioneered working models for effective collaboration in community-based care delivery and became an industry leader in population health management solutions. These industry achievements were mirrored by business achievements such as being listed as one of America’s fastest growing companies on the INC 5000 list for 3 consecutive years.
In October 2019, after leading GSI Health for 16 years, Lee sold his company to Medecision, a leading solution provider in care-management and related technologies, providing a successful exit and return for all founders and investors.
