About Jerome Hutchinson, Jr.
Jerome “Hutch” Hutchinson, Jr. is a child of God and the Father of 2 daughters, Kristin and Naomi. He is also a globally respected business and civic innovator, widely recognized for his visionary leadership in empowering Black professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve success across their careers, businesses, and lives. As the Founder and Chief Servant Officer of the ICABA® World Network, Hutch has architected the world’s first and premier digital ecosystem for Black professionals—uniting a trusted global community with over 13,000 members and followers that fosters empowerment, collaboration, and prosperity.
A pioneer in inclusive innovation and collaboration, Hutch also serves as Chief Visionary Officer of Black Professionals Month (BPM)—a groundbreaking global initiative celebrating Black excellence every October. BPM convenes thought leaders, executives, and changemakers to accelerate leadership development, strategic collaboration, and wealth-building within the global Black professional diaspora.
Beyond his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Hutch is deeply committed to civic service, serving on the boards of Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Broward County and the Alan B. Levan NSU Broward Center of Innovation, among others. A sought-after mentor and advisor, he guides a diverse range of Black-owned businesses and emerging leaders, contributing to sustainable success and intergenerational impact.
Throughout his career, Hutch has received numerous accolades honoring his commitment to equity, innovation, and excellence.
