Dr. Terri L. Bell
About Dr. Terri L. Bell
“How then, shall they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news.” (Romans 10:14-15 – New Living Translation)
God’s daughter, a gift of His love and a treasure of His care. A messenger of good news, wife, teacher, preacher, Administrator, Servant-leader, Faithful Follower, Co-laborer, Encourager, Mrs. Hospitality, Prayer Warrior, and a woman after God’s own heart are just a few words that describe the life, work, and ministry of Dr. Terri L. Bell. Her vision is to teach and help others discover, develop, and use their God-given gifts to become and make disciples in the Kingdom of God.
Dr. Bell is currently an Elder, Associate Minister, and an Executive Leader of Ministries at Rainbow Family Christian Center in Silver Spring, MD, under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Horace and Rev. Patricia Drumming. She also conducts the New Members’ Orientation, first-time guest follow-up, and is a member of the Music and Performing Arts ministry.
Dr. Bell passionately and boldly proclaims the Word of God as she inspires and challenges her listeners to live like Christ and be doers of the Word. She also serves as a weekly Bible study leader for senior citizens on Thursdays at 12 noon. She is highly respected as a woman of God, woman of faith and a woman God hears. When people meet her, they leave knowing that they have met someone who has a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. In June 2005, Dr. Bell was licensed and ordained through Faith Christian Fellowship (FCF), International), renamed Faith Leaders Collective, in Tulsa, OK. She later received ordination through Rainbow Family Christian Ministries in November 2018.
In December 2011, Dr. Bell retired from the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) after 36 years of Federal Service in the EEO and Civil Rights community. Dr. Bell received her Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree (Christian Leadership and Renewal) from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
Dr. Bell is married (35 years) to a wonderful man of God (Mr. Ronald Bell). Her favorite scripture is Matthew 6:33. As a woman of faith, Dr. Bell is confident that God has begun a good work in her and His work will continue until it is finished on the day when Christ returns. She is living her divine purpose on purpose with purpose, so that God can reveal His greatness in and through her.
