A multifaceted leader at the intersection of emerging technology, strategic investment, and philanthropic artistry, I’ve built a 20+ year track record of delivering measurable results—whether driving AI transformation for global enterprises, structuring profitable Africa-based ventures, or using art as an engine for wealth creation and social impact. I’m driven by legacy.

As co-founder of MetAiBlock, a consulting and technology solutions firm, I help organizations harness emerging technologies—with a strong focus on AI and the Metaverse—to practically solve real world business problems. We design practical AI roadmaps that align innovation with operational needs, compliance, and long-term value. Drawing on two decades in data and AI governance, I’ve led transformative initiatives for Carnival, Lennar, Macy’s, Maersk, among others, and built the AI and Data Governance Center of Excellence for Factspan. I’m also a sought-after speaker at national franchise expos and AI Conferences like AI4.

As the international Artivist known as “Mark Phi”, I’ve developed an art philanthropy model that has helped organizations worldwide from China to South Africa and beyond raise multiple six figures. My work includes a Paramount Pictures commission for Bob Marley: One Love and being the only artist with a permanent exhibit in the Bob Marley Museum. My art generates wealth for collectors while funding high-impact causes. 

I believe Africa is the future happening now.  My Africa ventures include reestablishing the mining of columbite-tantalite in Sierra Leone in 2009, growing it into one of the largest exporters in the Mano River Union (Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea). Today, I structure Africa-based investments that combine strong returns with social impact—current focus is an audited, collateral-backed commercial fisheries operation in Sierra Leone, poised for significant expansion, job creation, and food security gains.

Having lived and worked in Jamaica, London, Shanghai, Sierra Leone and multiple US cities, I bridge diverse cultures, ideas, and markets—driven by technological advancement, sustainable economies, and creative impact.
