The ICABA Women of Impact Awards & Lifestyle Summit 2025

We are thrilled to officially announce one of the year’s most anticipated celebrations — the 6th Annual ICABA Salutes Women of Impact! 

At ICABA World Network, we believe in the power of community, connection, and collaboration to elevate Black professionals and entrepreneurs across the globe. That’s why each year, we proudly celebrate the achievements of trailblazing Black women leaders through the Women of Impact Awards & Lifestyle Summit.

On June 21, 2025, we’ll gather in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—and virtually across the world—to honor 16 extraordinary Black women, and two leading organizations, who are driving change, breaking barriers, and championing the success of Black women everywhere.

These honorees represent the diversity of Black excellence across industries—healthcare, financial services, technology, law, government, DEI advocacy, and more. They are role models, changemakers, and visionaries, showing us all what’s possible when brilliance, determination, and community come together.

As ICABA Founder and Chief Servant Officer Jerome Hutchinson, Jr. shares: “Each individual honoree exemplifies what it means to be a woman of impact. They are highly respected leaders in their fields and role models for all—especially other Black women. We are proud to honor and connect them as part of the ICABA World Community to showcase their excellence and enable collaboration in our trusted community.”

This year’s Lifestyle Summit will focus on the theme: “Be Your Best Self to Live Your Best Life!” with curated networking, nationally recognized speakers, and dynamic conversations designed to empower attendees to thrive—professionally and personally.

The Champagne Awards Brunch will be a moment to honor and amplify the voices of Black women leaders, showcasing their stories and inspiring us all to create a legacy of impact.
