About This Event
The Global Organizations Leaders Summit is Black Professionals Month’s flagship convening of executive leadership from Black professional and entrepreneurial organizations worldwide. Where BPM traditionally spotlights individual organizations doing extraordinary work, this Summit does something new: it puts those leaders in the same room — in person and virtually — to work, not just to be recognized.

This year’s theme, Collaborate to Elevate and Protect Our Legacy, is the Summit’s operating instruction. The 90-minute session is built to move a room of accomplished, independently-minded executives from parallel excellence to coordinated action — surfacing the shared challenges no single organization can solve alone, and closing with specific, named commitments between organizations rather than general goodwill.
Success is not a good conversation. Success is a room of global leaders who leave having publicly committed to at least one concrete act of collaboration with another organization in the room — and a structure in place to make sure that commitment is still alive in 90 days.
