Join Us for the 7th Annual ICABA Salutes Women of Impact

ICABA Salutes Women of Impact recognizes Black professional women leaders making an impact in their industry and community. But it is more than a recognition program—it is a gateway to a transformative journey of empowerment, connection, and elevation. Honoring extraordinary Black women leaders who have demonstrated exceptional impact in their careers, communities, and spheres of influence, this initiative is a signature experience of the ICABA World Network (ICABA), where Black excellence thrives, and collaboration fuels success.

WOI honorees hail from diverse fields in the private and public sectors, including healthcare, financial services, technology, academia, and hospitality, and are leading advocates for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. “Each honoree exemplifies what it means to be a woman of impact,” said Jerome Hutchinson, Jr., Founder and Chief Servant Officer of ICABA. “Each honoree is accomplished and well-respected in their profession and demonstrates exemplary leadership. They are role models for everyone, and especially for other Black women. We are proud and humbled to recognize and connect with them to collaborate in the ICABA World Community.” Honorees are invited into a powerful community to help them be their best selves so they may live their best lives by creating wealth, achieving greater success, and strengthening their leadership.

The honorees are from diverse fields in corporate, government, and civic leaders and entrepreneurs from diverse industries such as healthcare, financial services, technology, academia, and hospitality, as well as leading advocates for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

While ICABA Salutes Women of Impact worldwide for their accomplishments and leadership, ICABA also connects them in the ICABA World Community to collaborate and build a thriving community of Black women creating wealth, greater success, and stronger leadership.
